Mastercard has partnered with the League of Legends Americas (LTA) North Conference for the 2025 season, sponsoring various initiatives during Split 1. One notable program is the "Player of the Week" award, recognizing outstanding performances each week. For instance, in Week 1 of the 2025 LTA North Split 1, mid laner Quad from FlyQuest was honored as the Mastercard Player of the Week.

The LTA North 2025 Split 1 featured eight teams competing in a double-elimination bracket. The top four teams—100 Thieves, Cloud9, FlyQuest, and Team Liquid—advanced to the LTA Split 1 Playoffs.
